SHIPPING

Orders will get shipped out within 24hours of purchase in almost all cases ! (On weekends, the game will go out first thing Monday)

 

We offer multiple expedited and economy shipping options because depending on where you live, the most cost efficient option may differ. We also totally understand if you want your game tomorrow!!! However, because our game is made well and is not small, the box is pretty large and fairly heavy. This does not always bode well for expedited shipping options. If you absolutely need your game by a certain date, call or email us at info@bearpong.com and we will find out which option best suits the situation.

 

Tracking- If you have placed an order. As soon as we print your shipping label and your package gets picked up, it will be scanned into either the USPS or UPS shipping system and you should get an email with tracking information. If not, please shoot us an email.

 

You are responsible for inspecting your package upon delivery. If by chance, your package arrives damaged. Please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue together! 

 

 

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

 

  1. When receiving your order, please take note of the content's condition. If we do not hear from you regarding damaged items in your shipment within 5 days of delivery, then we are not responsible for replacing the items.
  2. If damage is present, a damage claim must be filed with UPS or USPS within 24hrs of delivery. Please follow this link to file a damage claim with UPS.

  4. After you have filed the damage claim with UPS, please send some pictures and a general description of the damaged items to us at info@bearpong.com
  5. If this process is followed, we will work with you to quickly get any replacement items sent to you while we work with the shipping service used to process the damage claim.

 

SHIPPING TO CANADA

 

In order to send a package to Canada, a phone number is required when you place your order! Please save us the step of having to email you for this and help speed up your order shipment and processing.   “Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-‐Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-‐commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800‐742‐5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.”

 

RETURN POLICY

We stand by our products. If you are unhappy with the quality of BEARPONG or not pleased with the game, e-mail us at info@bearpong.com to schedule a return. **All return requests must be received within 5 days of delivery to the purchasers provided location** When returning a product, please include the following information in the package:

  • Purchaser’s name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • Detailed reason for the return

Once BEARPONG.com has received the returned package and notes the items are in good original condition, you will be issued your refund. If the product is defective or unused, a refund will be issued for the original order cost minus the delivery shipping charges.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

BEARPONG.com is determined to provide quick, efficient shipping services; however, we do not guarantee shipping within any specific time period as our order processing times vary based on business volume. Shipments are currently delivered via UPS or USPS. If you want your game delivered to a post office box, you must choose a USPS shipping option. For UPS shipping services, t SATURDAY AND SUNDAY are not included in the estimated delivery times. A physical address must be provided for each shipment. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with order tracking information.

All product descriptions are BEARPONG.com's best attempt to describe our product to you in a truthful and accurate way. From time to time, we may improve our product line and there may be some slight variations between the product photos and what is actually offered. We will make every attempt to keep the photos up to date when we make these improvements as we made them for you to use and see in the first place!
