SHIPPING INFORMATION

BEARPONG.com is determined to provide quick, efficient shipping services. Shipments are delivered via FedEx Ground Service. Our carriers will NOT deliver to a post office box and do not count SATURDAY AND SUNDAY in delivery times. A physical address must be provided for each shipment. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with order tracking information.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with the quality of BEARPONG or are not pleased with the game, please e-mail us at info@bearpong.com to schedule a return. If the product is defective or unused, a refund will be issued for the original order cost minus the delivery shipping charge. **All return requests must be received within 10 days of delivery to the purchasers provided location**
When returning a product, please include the following information: purchser’s name, address, order number and a detailed reason for the return. Once BEARPONG.com has received the returned items in good condition, you will receive your refund in the form of a check.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

When receiving your order, please take note of the shipments condition. If damage is evident, have the delivery person note the condition. To file a claim for damaged or missing merchandise, a claim must be filed within five (5) working days. Notify us at info@BEARPONG.com of the claim. Save the packaging in which the shipment arrived and we will assist you in arranging the return of the damaged merchandise.
